Lençóis Island is located at 1º, 19' 2,72" South and 44º, 52' 42,87" West.
It has been considered by The Planet Magazine, in 2008, one of the most remote places in the world.
PW8J will be the first operation from Lençóis Island wich has never been activated before.
Also one new Grid Locator and one new DIB will be on the air: GI78nq and DIB MA-08.
